The face to face hubs will support people to access the service, ensuring they are no longer limited to the telephone or online referral option. No appointment is necessary, and a Social Care Advisor will be available to discuss what is important to those individuals who wish to speak with somebody surrounding their care and support needs.

The information and advice hubs will take place each Wednesday 10.30am to 4.30pm at -

  • Orchard Centre
